Role Description

Full & Part time roles available on-site role at True Padel located in Durham for a combined Bar & Reception staff members. The Bar & Reception staff member will be responsible for greeting guests, serving drinks and food, managing bookings, handling cash and card payments, maintaining cleanliness of the facility, and providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in food and beverage industry and/or customer service is preferred
• Must be able to work on evenings and weekends
• Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to handle cash and card payments accurately
• Proficiency in using booking systems and basic computer skills.
• Attention to detail and able to maintain cleanliness of the facility
• Must have a friendly personality and be able to provide excellent customer service
