- Padel Tennis Head Coach
- Closing date: 1st December 2023
- Minimum qualification: Accredited LTA or international equivalent. Padel coach or tennis/squash coach equivalent with a minimum of 4 years’ experience of coaching a racket sport.
- Position: Permanent, full time
- Job type, 40hrs per week, needs to be very flexible with work timings (weekends/holidays)
- Pay: Basic salary plus attractive commission.
- Start date: January 2024
- Report to: General Manager and Operations Manager
Essential Job Functions
- Design and deliver coaching programmes which attract new players, maximise court utilisation and improve participation and business revenue.
- Develop a coaching programme which will align with True Padel’s community engagement goals and help form strong local partnerships.
- Lead, motivate and empower a small team of coaches to provide professional high-quality instruction.
- Help the general manager create a junior coaching programme which finds performance pathways and connects local schools and community groups
- Help form a social environment aligned with True Padel’s goals
- Regularly report to the Operations and General Manager on overall progress and development of all coaching programmes
- Manage and support weekly events in collaboration with the Operations Manager

- Your organisation skills will be crucial in managing coaching programs and communicating effectively with players and staff. Proficiency in English is a must to ensure clear lines of communication.
- Innovative, enthusiastic and committed to delivering extremely high standards of coaching and customer service
- High level of experience in coaching Padel, managing coaching programmes and overseeing a coaching team
